Toronto a Multicultural City

Toronto is Canada's largest city, the fourth largest in North America, and home to a diverse population of about 2.8 million people. It's a global centre for business, finance, arts and culture and is ranked one of the world's most multicultural cities in the world and is also ranked as the safest metropolitan area in North America.
Half of Toronto's population was born outside of Canada
Over 140 languages and dialects are spoken there, and just over 30 percent of Toronto residents speak a language other than English or French.
This city boasts 200 ethnic groups. People from the UK, Ireland, China and Italy, to name a few, represent some of the larger cultural groups, while smaller communities include people from Iran, the Netherlands, Nepal, Romania and many other countries
